They are open 6 days a week, Tuesday thru Sunday from 4PM to 10PM. In the summer they stay open as long as customers are coming in (no solid close time.) They accept MasterCard and Visa.

This is the best food I have ever tasted. DEFINITELY THE BEST KEPT SECERET ON THE COAST. I only wish there was a chain of them. You will never eat anywhere else on the Gulf Coast once you have tasted Carmine's food!!!!!    [25 Dec 2003 03:48:24]

BRING IN YOUR OWN FISH !
We have eaten blackened red fish at many places but never like this ! I was cooked to perfection and they make their own blackened seasoning (and sell it as well.) We certainly enjoyed the ambiance with the cajun music. We won't ever take our fish anywhere else and we will be back.    [17 Sep 2004 13:51:38]

DON'T MISS THIS PLACE !
Recently we were in Port O'Connor for a visit and have been there many times. We have driven by Carmine's Cajun Kitchen and never stopped. WAS THAT A MISTAKE ! We decided to stop there and eat and have never enjoyed food anywhere as much as we did there. We were welcomed as family and Carmine was cooking and Larry kept on telling jokes.
