I'll tell you how good First Chinese BBQ is. My wife is half Chinese. Her mother, brother, and their family came to Dallas from Tulsa to stay with us. We went to First Chinese BBQ for 5 days, lunch and dinner! They can't find any authentic Chinese food in Tulsa.

My wife and I consider First Chinese BBQ our favorite restaurant. It is the best food in the world at the best prices in the world. You can't beat that.

They now have a few other locations, in Carrollton and Plano. They recently remodeled the original Richardson location, which improves the ambiance considerably. I'm grateful they didn't change the meat case where they hang the duck and pork, float the tripe, and chop it in front of you. The duck is great
The duck is the best this side of Hong Kong and Beijing.
