Howdy
The food is cooked in a traditional Texas manner and is served hot and fresh through out the year. It is the only cafe in Roaring Springs and gets attention for the people of Matador as well. It's a nice family run business and has food anywhere from salads to the Texan's fried chicken.    [30 Mar 2003 11:31:34]
