Flipflops to Formals What a way to end the day-The dressest casual place around. Shorts to Suits eat in this well established dinner restraunt. The atmosphere is as fun as it is respectful. No indifferent waitstaff here. Fab music. Makes you feel very special. Some of the best recipies on the globe. [04 Jul 2004 12:26:39]

Lovely Little Spot in Texas My companions and I went to Hemingway’s on a Tuesday night, and it was packed…definitely a good sign, I thought. Definitely. We ordered the Crab Louis for our appetizer. Very tasty. For dinner, I had the Shrimp Wellington. Now, I was born and raised on various spots on the Gulf of Mexico, so I know what good seafood is. The shrimp was plump and juicy, and the dill cream sauce was the perfect accompaniment. My friends were very pleased with their Pecan Crusted Fish and Mustard-Crusted Rack of Lamb (which was washed down with a good Pinot). We had a variety of desserts, but the best was the crème brûlée. The thick and creamy texture was just right. The wait staff was well trained and very attentive. View their menu at hemingwaysrockport.com/menu/full_menu.asp Don't forget to check out the wine list.
