Road Trip Relief
I used to eat at Cowboy BBQ all the time as a kid, when my father lived in Troy, a few miles down the road. On my cross country road trip, I made it a priority to stop in again. Luckily, somethings do stay the same. It's still one of the best BBQ pits in Texas with ribs that melt in your mouth, moist chicken, and of course, their spicy homemade barbaque sauce.
