Questionable...
Okay, one thing I can say is that the food tastes WONDERFUL. The price is high, and the place is NASTY. I no longer eat there due to uncleanlieness. Maybe someone who knows the owner would see this and know that if it were cleaner, even more Angolans would eat there. Ick!    [07 Oct 2004 09:59:38]

I agree, the Bamboo Garden food tastes WONDERFUL(I don't know why the previous reviewer only gave it two stars)--especially the Hot & Sour soup.

Bamboo Garden led the way in raising buffet prices around town and, now, they're all about the same. They've cleaned up their floors and tables. They've also got on board with a Mongolian BBQ grill that's becoming so popular with the Oriental buffets.

It's a lot more comfortable to eat at Bamboo Garden than in the steel, straight-backed chairs of China Garden, and a lot more friendly than the cold-shouldered staff at International Buffet. However, both China Garden and Int’l Buffet have a wider selection of food—except at the Mongolian BBQ.

Pretty Good Food but Poor Service through weekdays!
My husband and I love Chinese food. We have ate at Bamboo Garden several times and enjoyed it but the last time that we went there to dine the service was very poor. We went on a weekday and I have to say that the young man that waited on us only checked on us once maybe even twice, if that. Since this dining experience we have not been back. Hopefully management will read this review. Because Customer Service is the one of the most if not the #1 thing customers rate restaurants on the most.    [05 Jan 2007 23:33:54]
