Very Nice!
I used to live in San Juan, Texas where Garza's is located, and went to this restaurant regularly. Now I live in McAllen (about 7 miles away) but I still return here occassionally and enjoy it a lot. The food is the closest to homemade that you'll find, and the people are friendly and efficient.

Although Garza's specializes in Mexican food, it also has some standard "American" foods from hamburgers and fries to regular dinners.

It is not a "fast food" restaurant, but the wait is not all that long, either. In all, it's a nice experience -- and the prices are good, too.    [25 Feb 2005 22:14:41]
