A resort style restaurant on Lake Corpus Christi with a variety on menu. As part of a lake front resort, restaurant open for lunch, dinner, and sometimes a breakfast bar. Check with restaurant for availability. Also, motel and cabin rooms available, as well as fishing and boat launch (modest fee for fishing and boat launch; call for rates on motel and cabin rooms).

New Ownership Makes Wonderful and Needed changes
The restaurant/bar is back open after being closed for a long time. The new owners opened up right away and with so many changes. Tables with cushioned chairs overlooking the lake. A Deck to dine on in cooler weather. A beautiful get away, well worth the drive and when they heard everyone's desire to keep the all U Can Eat Catfish on the menu, they did....and it is the best, no fat, no muddy taste, defintely quality. GREAT homemade cheesecake
I have tried the pumkin and white chocolate mint cheesecake. The size was about twice as normal and the taste was out of this world. I highly recommend the desserts.    [06 Nov 2006 12:10:30]
