Terrible Service for the third time
For the third time the Chicken express in Sanger, Texas has over charged me. The service was so bad this time that an employee suggested that I tell anyone I talk to NOT to go to that restaurant. The first time was just a simple mix up with my order. The second time was to correct the mistake from the first time (a 10 piece cicken dinner). The second time we were given 5 pieces free, but they added 5 more pieces to the order for a total of a 15 piece and charged for them. This last time I called the order in was told that my order would be ready before my arrival. I spent 13 minutes in the drive through for a call in order. As far as my order went...I was over charged for the 10 piece dinner was charged an extra dollar for a family sized gravy to go with my family sized mashed potatos. My final bill for this visit was $19.03. I do not recommend this restaurant as it seems that they are more interested in gouging the customer instead of trying to get repeat business. It's a shame too, the food is good, but the service and the over charging is too much to ignore.    [13 Sep 2004 01:10:13]

Good Stuff
I used to work at the Chicken Express in Marble Falls Texas in the Hill Country and it is one of the greatest places i have ever experienced. The food is spectacular and I did not get tired of it in the 11 months i worked there.    [04 Nov 2004 22:33:44]

Chicken Depressed
Food is good, but staff spends too much time dealing with drive through customers. Also, the menu has some "bait and switch" problems, such as the three piece (supposedly your choice)chicken dinner where they charge you extra if you ask for breasts.    [24 May 2006 11:49:31]

Awful
The food was not too bad even though it was WAY overpriced. My biggest problem was with something I saw the cook do. Before breading/dipping the chicken pieces, he reached into his pants waistline and scratched himself.    [04 Mar 2008 22:52:37]
