I won't lie, I ate a chicken thigh!
I use to work at Churchs Chicken in Santa Fe and I saw how everything was taken care of. It was excellent. Most restaurants you go to now are old, dry, or nasty. But here you get fresh food. So what if you have to wait a few minutes for chicken? It's better then having to go home and make it yourself which would take longer. Recommended Dishes: Chicken Strips, Country Fried Steak, Honey Butter Biscuits, Fried Okra, and oh yea, a chicken thigh.
