Horrible Customer Service and Rude
Called and told to hold. Phone was set down for a total of 15 minutes and then someone picked it up and proceeded to hang up in my ear. Upon calling back, the manager, June, then proceeded to be very rude about a complaint being called in. They have now lost all our company's business; they should feel it in the pocket book. Feh! Need I say more?
Don't even bother with this place. Being the person I am, I decided to give them a second chance after over a year.

I asked for my burger to be cooked medium rare and again (after paying) I was refused citing the same line they used last time - "we can't do that for "insurance reasons". WHAT???

I won't go into it, but I will say this is a low quality, bad service, place to choose to dine.

If you choose to be adventurous and just have to stop by for some reason or other
you will find yourself much less than amazed. In fact, probably pissed off in the end.
