After all these years
When I was a kid who was attending Shallowater Middle School in the 80's, there came a place next to Shallowater's best convenient store. It was called Circle Burger. I ate there then and the food was excellent. Of course, I left in '89 to venture out in life. But, I missed Shallowater. So, I returned in September 2000 for three days. Whaile I was there, I was impressed that little had changed and impressed with the changes that had taken place since '89. But, of all that I remembered those years ago, Circle Burger was still in the same place and as strong with business as I remembered. I ordered a burger and fries and the memories returned. I still think that if you are in Shallowater, Texas, drop in and treat yourself!    [29 Jun 2001 10:01:19]
