MAAVALOUS
Linda Shanks has the greatest brisquet. They trim ALL of fat..just the great LEAN MEAT.

We buy it by the pound...take home for sandwiches. Use some for STIR-FRY with BE Stir-fry veggies and pasta. YUMMY!!

I buy the desserts to take to church functions. Had a cake made for the Sheriff's office a few years ago. They loved it. Were SURPRISED to get a "thank-you" like that.
