Only the BEST CFS in Texas!!
I've had more than my share of one of the Texas major food groups, Chicken Fried Steak. Of all the CFS, Flossie's in tiny Strawn, Texas has the best ever. A massive serving of steak and real, honest to goodness fresh cut french fries along with a salad with "squeeze" bottles of dressing, hot rolls...a vision of Texas CFS Heaven. And the prices are more than affordable. This place is well worth the drive. Eat where the "locals" eat, give Flossie's a try.    [10 Dec 2006 20:08:28]
