This is one of the better Chinese restaurants I have been to. The food there is great. It also has very good service and the people are nice and make you feel comfortable. I cannot say enough about their sesame chicken dish. It just melts in you mouth - it's great.    [11 Jan 2002 17:42:46]

Consistently good
We eat here at least once a week, either dining in or takeout. Probably one of the best in Sugar Land. Soups are excellent as are egg rolls & crab puffs. Favorites include Sesame chicken, asparagus chicken, Kung Pao chicken, Moo Goo Gai Pan and Mongolian Beef. Excellent delivery service as well as attentive dining room service. Awesome Restaurant
One of Sugar Lands hidden gems. When I lived in Sugar Land (99-2002) this was my favorite restaurant. The service and food are always amazing. The owners will greet you by name after only a few visits. The sesame chicken, beef & broccoli, crab wontons are simply the best. Every time I come into town, I make sure to squeeze Hunan Empress into my schedule.    [20 Jun 2007 20:35:49]
