To me, the best way to judge any restaurant is by its hamburger. If it's thin and covered with shredded lettuce then odds are it's not worth eating. If, however, it's thick and juicy with real leaf lettuce, fresh veggies and almost too high to fit into your mouth, then you've got something worth talking about. This is exactly what I found at Brush Creek Bar and Grill. I'm not exactly sure just what they did to make it taste so good, but it sure worked!

The management of Brushy Creek Bar and Grill also suggested that I try their steaks, which smelled fantastic, but for the sake of this review, I had to stick with the hamburger. You can bet I'll be back for the steak sometime in the very near future.    [17 Sep 2006 14:12:32]
