I've tried out a few other BBQ joints & Ranch Hand is still the best easily! The menu is way big & the buffet bigger. The smoked meats are not easy to copy & the bbq sauce will blow your mind. Go in & get the buffet, you won't be sad when you leave! Eddie Dean takes great pride in his cooking. I live in Irving & the first thing I do when I get to Terrell is go to Ranch Hand & get some brisket.    [28 Nov 2006 23:49:47]
