Church's - a great place to bring hungry kids

Church's-Lacking Customer Service Training
Church's has a good tasting product. This particular restaurant has a problem getting decent help and keeping them. Management has not been trained in basic customer service principles, and cannot teach new employees what they do not know themselves. While the food is good, if you do not suffer fools well, try any of the other million places that sell chicken and don't stop at this location.    [18 Aug 2006 19:43:49]
