Best Cheese Enchiladas ever
I've been going to Max's since I was in diapers (1955). Of all the Mexican food I've eaten in Texas and New Mexico, Max's is the only place to get cheese enchiladas. All others pale in comparison. The reason? They still use good greasy longhorn cheddar instead of tasteless processed cheese. [28 Nov 2006 12:14:05]
