Best Bar B Q Ever
This is one of those places you've just got to go to if you like Texas-style Bar B Q. It has Texas country atmosphere and the best barbecued ribs and brisket you'll find anywhere.    [28 Sep 2002 19:53:34]

Best BBQ in America
Clark's Outpost, in Tioga, Texas serves the best brisket, ribs, and fixins in the U.S. (and no other country even knows how to begin). At Clark's they slow cook brisket and such for four days and it is incomparable. It beats the Ft. Worth standard bearer Angelos, which is mighty fine, and is certainly worth the hour and twenty minute drive north from Ft. Worth or Dallas if you really care about BBQ.    [02 Nov 2003 21:53:35]

As good as Kansas City

Ok, so you want the real deal? Well you have come to the right place. If there is a standard for cowboy BBQ then this is it. Exactly what you would expect in honest, direct, proud Texas.
