Poor customer service
I placed an order at the Universal City location off Pat Booker Rd. The service there was very, very poor. Customers were ordering and waiting an excessive amount of time, one customer was treated with free food after complaining to the manager.However, I did not want to make or cause a scene for the manger was incompetent/slow in running a shift during peak hours, the service was unorganized. My order was ready and the cook notified the front cashier... order ready but he continued to accept orders... One customer placed a 2 piece meal and ended up waiting just as long when I ordered a 20 piece meal. Very unorganized and have never experienced such poor service, from a loyal chicken fan!    [11 Feb 2007 19:20:42]
