Poor quality food
We stopped at Dairy Queen because we knew the reputation. We were very disappointed. We got our order to go so we were on the road when we realized how bad it was. The hamburger was extremely dry and cold. We both had milkshakes that tasted like soap. We will not likely return to any Dairy Queen.    [08 Jul 2002 18:55:59]

Understaffed.
We went to Dairy Queen during Thanksgiving weekend and the lines were long. When we finally got our burgers they were all wrong. The staff could not keep up with the work load. There was no bathroom tissue in the ladies' bathroom. The playground outside had glass pieces on the ground and the children are supposed to take their shoes off.    [04 Dec 2002 18:59:36]
