The chips were warm and the sauce great. I ordered my drink and declined an appetizer offer and after a few minutes had no idea what to order. My waiter was excellent in describing every little thing on the menu. I was suprised anyone would love their job so much as to do that. I then came to the decision of a Dinner Mexicano. That came out first with a beef taco that was great. The meat was seasoned wonderfully and my tongue was a playground for all the flavors incorporated in it. As SOON as I finished this wonderful taco, my "hot plate", as they call it, was brought out by my waiter. It was a hot plate with a cheese enchilada covered in brown gravy and a tamale smothered in tasteful, hot chili. It also has refried beans and Spanish rice. My only complaint about my whole night comes here-- the rice was not that great. It was a little hard and not that tasty. I dared not complain as my waiter was top notch and didn't want to bother him with my rantings. I finished the meal (that was incredible) and my waiter asked me for dessert and I declined as I couldn't fit anything else in my stomach! I paid my bill up front (which was very cheap) and filled out a comment card for my waiter, Shane. I then went to his table and slapped a 10$ bill on the table with a note that read, "Thank you, Shane. This has been the most incredible dining experience I've had in a while." [10 Feb 2002 11:38:54]

Fajitas and Ritas Wow! Casa Ole is wonderful. The fajitas are out of this world. I've never had fajita meat so tender that it falls apart so easily. The margaritas are so tasty and you can't beat them for 1.49! They are really great with kids also. My wife and I brought our daughter and she loved it too! I recommend it to anyone.
