Best bananas foster
I didn't think I liked bananas foster, but man is that stuff good. The kids loved seeing the flaming of the alcohol when this dish was made tableside. We love Buzzard Billy's. Their blackened prime rib is great.    [30 Jun 2007 23:26:58]

new location, new meny
Buzzard Billy's Swamp Shack (new name, also) is not as good as it was on University Ave. However, with the outside patio for dining, and the best Cajun popcorn (fried crawfish tails) this side of New Orleans, it is still an enjoyable restaurant. I have had dreams of the Blackened Chicken Alfredeaux and Crawfish Etouffee, and always make it a point to make my way back to Buzzard Billy’s any time I’m in the Waco area. However, Buzzard Billy's needs to stop hiring snotty Baylor girls as their hosts and servers. The food is AMAZING, but the service leaves a bad taste in your mouth.    [03 Aug 2009 18:51:10]
