Wedding Cake
Delivered $650.cake 15 minutes before wedding..rush job setting up. Trims and designs crooked and saggy. Toothpicks are along bottom layer like trying to piece together a mess-up. Server had a time getting all of those out! Would not back up their mistakes. Terrible customer relations!    [18 May 2006 16:07:14]

I've purchased many cakes from The Cake Box. For the most part, my experiences have been good. One person working there has a really bad attitude. My advice is to make sure that you convey EXACTLY how you want your cake to look, and to be sure that the size and price has been agreed upon by you and The Cake Box. If you do that, then you shouldn't get an unwelcomed surprize when you pick up your cake.    [27 Jun 2008 11:57:39]
