Good Brisket
Sliced brisket is very good. Pinto beans and cole slaw or potato salad make nice sides. Homemade bread and plenty of pickles and onions are a plus.    [22 Mar 2004 22:30:54]

Best Bar B Que in Waco !
We were on the internet looking for a place to eat Bar B Que in Waco Texas and we happen to find Michna's Bar B Que. We checked it out and boy...it was the best Bar B Que that we have had!

Great Bar B Que including the hams, briskets, sausage, ribs and the chicken!

The peach cobbler was also great!

Mighty Good
Located a few miles south of the Convention Center on Franklin Ave. is the best all-around BBQ in Waco. The oak fired pits of Michna's help to produce some flavorful smoked beef, ham, sausage and ribs. The buffet offers a taste of all the meats and a selection of good sides including butter beans, corn on the cob, or buttered garlic-potatoes. Although I do not love their sauce, the excellent sausage and ribs keep this place at the top of my list.    [29 Mar 2004 11:08:51]
