Still Great
Campuzano's is one of the best Mexican places around. I like one other place's salsa - but if you like it hot, you will love Campuzanos. Their menu is the real treat. The usual Tex-Mex fare plus several dishes with Luis Campuzano's special touch makes it different from the rest. The entrees are huge & most people end up taking part of their dinner home in to-go boxes. A couple of my favorites are the fajitas - grilled - and the shrimp enchiladas with ranchero sauce.    [03 Jan 2004 01:08:00]

Some of Best Mexican Around
I've eaten at alot of Mexican restaurants in DFW area. I was quite surprised that one of my favorites turned out to be in Waxahachie, and just down the street from where I live.

Great Tex-Mex plus alot of fine authentic Mexican including my favorite: guiso tacos. The Senor Campuzano is more food than one human should eat. The wife loves the Campuzano Nachos. Its all good.

Oh yeah. The margaritas! They are the best in Ellis Co., by far. The wait staff is good, with Tony an outstanding example.    [04 Dec 2004 09:27:07]

Bad, Bad, Bad
Every time we go, we say no more, but this is it. We ordered two tacos and one chicken enchilada. The enchilada was not hot and the tacos were awful. There was no seasoning and at the first bite, water gushed out. It was like the meat was frozen and quickly thawed out for the meal. When we told the hostess, she just said "sorry." Then, we were shorted $1 on our change. There was no offer to comp us or anything. This is really the last visit ever.    [02 Jul 2005 19:03:53]

one of the best i've ever had
