Jenny's in Palmer
Jenny's is really in Palmer, not Waxahachie. I try to catch the Friday catfish lunch a couple of times a month. I think the Friday nite catfish is $8-something for all you can eat, but the lunch for around $6.-something IS more than I can eat ! The catfish is not too heavily battered and the fries are REAL potatoes sliced up thick, not stingy little previously frozen sticks. Palmer is right along I-45 south of Ferris but north of Ennis.
