Great Food, if You Can Handle the Not-so-great Atmosphere
I have been all over Texas and the U.S.A., and Larry's has the very best guacamole, "real" tacos, great service, great prices. Yet, the restroom is nasty! And the building needs major repairs (table in main dining room in the far left hand corner, the floor is sinking - unlevel, shaky, dangerous) - law-suit waiting to happen! I know they have a location in Richmond TX (must be same family, same nasty restrooms in Richmond as well), and they're always busy. If they could fix things up, there's no limit to their culinary success!

I've been visiting the Larry's Restaurants (Wharton and Richmond) since i was a child of 7 years, and I'm a graceful 44! My family journeys to Larry's for major family events: celebrations, holidays, and just because we want to.
