I got a burger that had the bread molded as hell. It had three molded spots on it, I work at a resturaunt, and I know yall should look for that, I never wanna come back again if I know it will happen like that, thats just wrong and yall should look at what you serve    [28 Dec 2004 03:41:43]

Bad service
The Carls jr in Wichita Falls Tx that is located on loop11 not the one under the expressway. The help there needs to be retrained. I went thru the drive thru and order 4 different six dollar burgers and some fries on a couple the reason I went thru the drive thru is so I didn't have to get out of my car, I had just had a surgery a month a go and getting around slow, when I gave my order there were three cars in front of me and so MY food should of been almost ready, well it wasn't they messed up the order on one of the burger so they had me pull forward I did and about twenty to thirty minutes later I had to go in to the store and get my food they didnt know where the burger we supose to go the manager didn't even say they were sorry.. I will not go back to that one. I will still go to the other one but please let the managers know they need to learn how to run a store. Oh and all the other burgers and fries were cold and they would not give me hot ones. I do like your burgers so I am not taking it out on the company its self just the help some of these stores have. thank you for listening .
