A jewel hidden away in East Texas I have been dining at the Bakery for years and can recommend anything on the daily or fixed menu...the food is imaginative, super fresh, beautifully presented and so reasonably priced. Not only is the food world-class, but the hospitality one receives from the moment you walk through the door is above and beyond what you'd expect in a small town, and something you'd expect in the finest restaurant elsewhere.
