Bad Management
On Tuesday March 25, 2003 around noon I walked into Dairy Queen in Wolfforth. When I first walked in the lobby didn't look like it had been cleaned. There were no clean tables they all had something on them most were just salt, pepper, and ketchup. When we were ordering the lady that took my order was not very presentable. She didn't look like she wanted to be there and she didn't smile. She didn't ask if she could help us, she just stood there and waited until we told her our order. I feel like she did not greet us properly. My daughter and I grabbed some napkins and cleaned our chairs and table top. There were no other clients and I think the time it took to cook two Crispy Chicken Salads was not reasonable. When we got our meal it wasn't very presentable it looked like they had just thrown it together instead of it looking like the picture. I decided to talk to the manager and it turned out to be the lady that had taken our orders. I feel that my complaint was not taken seriously enough. Her remarks were rude, "Well it doesn't have to look like the picture, I would think that someone your age would know by now." I hope that this time my complaint will be taken seriously and that a drastic measure be taken. I have always been there at night and received good service. That's the reason why I was so surprised with the managers' rudeness toward a customer.    [27 Mar 2003 12:18:24]
