ultimate yuppie cusine
This may be as good as California yuppie food gets-- Anywhere. Very expensive. Brilliant presentation. Impeccable attention to detail.

Only open during ski season [located at Deer Valley's mid-mountain lodge]. reservations essential, usually weeks ahead.    [30 Jun 2002 23:25:11]

Maybe Utah's best
Expensive ($22-44) superb Yuppie treats. Service is first rate if you think phoney friendliness is the mark of good service-- "hi I'm Lakisha. I'll be server tonight-- yack yack yack."
Seafood is expertly prepared and as fresh as it gets in Uath. Avoid it if you are used to fresh fish.
Cassoulete is pedestrian. The pork dish is not ho be missed, and the mixed grill is an education, the lamb chop being especially memorable.    [30 Dec 2003 23:37:20]
