Description

Cafe Trang traditionally specialized in Vietnamese cuisine, but their menu also includes Thai and Chinese selections. The location in Draper has a nice open atmosphere which overlooks South Mountain. The food is reasonably priced for lunch and dinner.

Great Pan Asian in Draper
I used to drive all the way to Cottonwood Mall to get my monthly fix of good Vietnamese, but since 2005 there has been a Cafe Trang in Draper.

Cafe Trang serves a good selection of Vietnamese dishes, including spring and summer rolls, braised pork with vermicelli, or Beef Pho soup or wonton noodle soup.

Their menu now also include several Thai selections, including spicy green, red or yellow curry as well as some Chinese dishes.

On multiple occasions, the friendly staff has made recommendations for dishes that I hadn't tried before.    [04 Apr 2007 16:23:19]
