I loved it
I lived in Duchesne until I was 10 and remember my mom taking my sister and I to Cowan's Cafe. We loved it...our favorite time to go was for dessert! This was almost 30 years ago. I can't believe Cowan's Cafe is still around--it must be great!! I miss life in Duchesne!    [25 Apr 2002 22:06:04]
