If You're in Moab You NEED to Eat Here!
OK so it wasn't cheap. But it was worth every cent. As well as the staples (beef tenderloin, chicken etc) are a wide variety of unusual meat dishes (Caribou, pheasant, elk.... etc) are prepared with just the right herbs and spices and the sauces are beyond great. The veggies were cooked to perfection too... crispy snap peas, sweet carrots, perfect string beans, roasted zucchini- everything was cooked to perfection.

Our waitress was perfect. She was attentive without hovering and never made us feel rushed, even though we were one of the last covers of the evening.

I couldn't afford to eat there too often, but if I lived in Moab I'd be tempted to go into debt to eat there every day!    [30 Aug 2004 23:59:28]
