White gravy
On our trips West we have stayed at the Safari Motel in Nephi and dined at Lisa's Country Kitchen. I had steak dinner and mashed potatoes. They came with a white gravy. I was momentarily upset because I have had the white gravy from "Cracker Barrel" and really didn't like it. I tasted the gravy and it was delicious! Being a born and bred Southerner(born and raised in Tampa,Florida and also Lakeland, Florida)Have tried this gravy many times and still don't like it! Would LOVE to have the recipe for the white gravy at Lisa's.    [24 Nov 2003 19:04:27]
