Buffalo Bistro Is Great We visited this wonderful place last year on our vacation. The food was outstanding. But more importantly, the owner and the whole atmosphere of the place was beyond belief! Our kids went for a horseback ride at the KOA (which was necessary after being on the road with them for 7 days straight) while we drank a few beers and enjoyed visiting with the owner and the other patrons. I cannot recommend this place enough. I think that it was the highlight of our trip. Plus, the kids as well as us, loved the chance to try all the exotic choices on the menu. The kids are probably the only kids in our city that have tried (and loved) Rocky Mountain Oysters. We are going back to southern Utah just so we can visit this restaurant. It is the first thing we tell about when we talk about our vaction last year. And that is a big deal considering we went to Yellowstone for our Vacation! [14 Aug 2002 22:57:12]

Different and Memorable - Loved it! To start out this little place located in Glendale, about 20 miles east of Zion National Park and at the entrance to the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument has the most wonderful food. The owners never takes a day off and always cooks the meals. He grills the stuff on an outside barbecue. Its a homey sort of place, so don't go expecting the Ritz, but if you are looking for something with southwestern flair and different and memorable food this is the place to go. Be brave! Try the Rocky Mountain Oysters. [04 Jul 2006 00:13:33]
