It is a great choice for lunch because this restaurant is truly ski-in/ski-out. Copper Creek’s menu includes pub appetizers, hearty sandwiches, burgers and salads. Their signature burger is The Chubby, which is a ½ pound chuck patty with two grilled cheese sandwiches instead of a bun! That will definitely curb any appetite after a day on the slopes. Dinner entrees are also available, along with local beers and a kids menu.
