Simply the best
The cafeterias at Deer Valley [ski season only] will change your mind about cafeteria food. Features a salad bar, sandwiches, hot entrées, soup/stew. Very expensive, but well worth it compared to the overpriced junk served at most ski resorts. Free coffee refills. There are multiple dining rooms on two floors. A new location to open in 2001-2002    [15 May 2001 08:55:51]

Agree with simply the best, but here is how to get a bargin lunch: Deer Valley's supurb soups/stews come with really excellent home made bread, generally an herb flavored Italian bread. One bowl of soup/stew + a handful of bread feeds two. Drink tap water.    [14 Jul 2001 07:02:55]
