Best Restaurant in Utah County The Bombay House, owned by Daniel Raj, is a gem of a restaurant in Utah County. I've eaten Indian food all over the country and nothing beats the Bombay House. Fresh, great-tasting, exotic foods served by friendly, smiling, servers. Expect Daniel himself to come by your table at least once to flash his big smile and ask how your dining experience is going. The prices are relatively low for the quality of food you get. Count on appetizer, soup, main dishes, tandoori bread on the side, and tip costing you less than $40.00 for two. [11 Oct 2001 12:19:34]

Spectacular Indian Food -- One of Utah County's Best Restaurants Having frequented many of the Asian restaurants in Utah County, I do not hesitate to name the Bombay House as one of the best in town. The food is excellent, and certainly unique. Expect a fun cultural experience as well as a fantastic meal. [26 Jan 2004 20:30:32]

I LOVE THIS RESTAURANT Years ago, this was my first Indian restaurant. Indian food is now one of my favorites. I have eaten at many other Indian restaurants in other cities and states. This is my favorite.
The atmosphere is quaint. You feel like you have stepped right into India. If you are new to Indian food, the Chicken Tikka Masala (or Lamb Tikka Masala) is a good introduction. Because of the spices used in preparation, it will be a bright red-orange color. It has converted many people to be Indian food-lovers.
I always order Vegetable Masala (this is a mix of vegetables including Potatoes), Saag Aloo(this has Spinach and Potatoes), and then we try a new dish. Daal (this has lentils) is good, I haven't had a bad dish. Always get Naan (which is a flat bread)--I like Garlic Naan. I also like Mango Lassi or Mango Ice Cream. I love the fennel that they give you with the check. They also have Pistacho Ice Cream that is good.
Make sure you scoop the meal with pieces of your Naan. (They provide silverware, but the food tastes even better when eaten with Naan.) [13 Jun 2005 21:28:25]
