My visit I had an opportunity to take my family there the other day like I usually do about twice a month but was never treated so poorly in my life at a restaurant and it was mainly the manager that I was disappointed in. One my children was two years old, will turn 3 in Jan. but charged me for her and then griped when asked by an employee to take it off. I understand why he charged my 4 year old because we usually only give her a bowl of soup and fruit but she did eat quite a bit so I have no problem with that. We then have a discount card but found it after we had paid and asked if they would still honor it like I know they can because I worked there for 2 years as a host in high school but were ornery about it and didn't honor it. The whole time we felt like we were being stared at and frowned upon. I was quite disappointed in them. Richard Nielson did not act like for once that the customer came first. We felt like they were out to get us and my wife was wondering why they stared at us so much. Anyway they lost my service. My wife said she'll go back but I won't. I don't care if they know my name or e-mail either. Everything else was great. Just not the service.

Bad Food and Service They were out of multiple different items on their menu. The food we did get looking like it came from a frozen dinner and tasted worse than it. The server was not any better. I recommend that you don't eat there. There service is normally not all that good but this time it was the service and the food I think that I will take my money some were else.
