Service was Terrible
Several co-workers and I decided to go to Applebee's for a "gourmet" hamburger lunch. The kid who seated us looked like he was late for afternoon detention. It was not a large lunch crowd so we expected to have prompt service.

We waited 15 minutes to have a waiter come over to get drink order, another 10 to get the drinks, and another 10 before he came back for the lunch order. When the food finally came, it was average. Quick service might have made it seem better... The waiter never came for drink refills. One of my friends had to go back to the bar to fill his own water glass.    [30 Oct 2007 19:44:20]
