Bonsai is Japanese-style steakhouse where your meal is prepared in front of you on a large hot grill.

They offer combinations of steak, chicken, and seafood, with and vegetables and rice or noodles. The chef prepares your selection and entertains you while he cooks. Because you sit around a large table with a group, Bonsai is popular with large groups on weekends. Try going on a weekday to avoid the long waits.

Everything I've tried is excellent. If you like seafood, then the scallops are great.
