2 Hour Wait for Horrible Food
I was with a party of 30 people who had reservations for lunch. After waiting quite awhile to get menus it took another 15 minutes for a server to take orders for drinks. The service was terrible, only one server for our party until we had complained after waiting 20 minutes to get drinks, most of which were water. The salads took another 1/2 hour,I never did receive mine, the cups of soup took an additional 10-15 min. After the salad, the entrees came out another 15-20 minutes later they were cold and either overcooked, undercooked, and way too salty. For a place that is supposed to be able to handle parties they seemed inept! After all of this they still charged 20% gratuity, their only concession was to not charge the few members of our group that had ordered drinks for them. However, some members of our party had been there for dinner at an earlier date as a party of two and had a pleasant experience.    [18 Jan 2002 17:43:36]
