Management is Not Up to Par
Today I visited the Chuck-A-Rama in Ogden Utah. I was pleased with the food and the service, until my son started to throw a fit someone complained.

I was asked to go to the lobby. My son would have still been heard in the lobby, so I decided to leave because it was embarrassing enough to be told to leave because of my child. I didn't want to be told again.

I thought that this restaurant was a family oriented place, but I guess I was mistaken.

Soon after I arrived home, I contacted the manager that was on duty at the time. and i asked him to give me a refund. He declined saying I was not asked to leave and I could have finished my meal.

Well I could not have finished it because my son would have aggravated the other customers. Needless to say I will never dine at this restaurant again.    [11 Jul 2003 21:14:49]
