Bit & Spur Consistently Excellent!!
Have visited The Bit & Spur multiple times over the past 12 years, and have had an excellent meal and a fabulous overall experience every time! The food is always unique, perfectly prepared, and delicious; service is upbeat and friendly; lots of locals willing to offer good advice on local attractions and goings on. BIT AND SPUR in Springdale/Zion. Utah is a great place for Mexican and southwestern food. Lots of delicious food, friendly staff and terrific western movie posters. Ask about desserts when ordering meals ( order anything that sounds great) so you aren't disappointed if they run out.    [09 Aug 2002 21:24:59]

great food
We had a great meal here. The starters, fried Brie and filled jalapeños were both lovely. Main courses excellent. We had filled poblano with shrimp and grits and pesto chicken. Very very good Western and Mexican inspired food. Didn't have food this good for ages. What a surprise to find in such a touristic town.    [28 Sep 2003 13:34:42]

Best in Southern Utah
Best chile relleno I've ever had in the southwest. Excellent desserts. Creative entree menu. Take a few quarters and shoot a game of pool. For a treat, sit on the veranda and watch the sun set over the red rock.    [11 Aug 2004 20:41:35]
