Half a block off the road. Sandwiches at lunch were quite good, but toward the expensive side. On the other hand, cheap by the standards of this resort town. Service was a little erratic and slow, but burgers are cooked to order.

What Happened to the Black Bean Burros?
The old Oscars used to be located where the shuttle bus now turns around at the entrance to the park. The Black bean burro special was only $4.95 and bat hits on the deck were welcome!

Best in Springdale
We stopped in Springdale on holiday from the UK the week before Easter. found a lot of the food to be overpriced and not particularly appetizing until we discovered Cafe Oscar, excellent food , service and Utah beer.    [20 May 2004 08:16:52]
