Love the Garlic Cheese Bread.

Great Food, but Adequate Service
Chef Tom's is close to my work so we dine there often. I have found their food is wonderful 90% of the time (especially the pizza). If you are unsure of what you want, they also have a small all you can eat bar. Their prices are very affordable--average $10.00 per person.

The only downside is the service...very unpredictable. Some days everything is fresh and quick, other days you could be sitting there for 30-40 minutes just for your salad & drink. If you simply talk to your server though, they are usually pretty good about fixing a situation--maybe it's just because we go there so often.

Overall, if you are on the West Side, and need something close before heading back to work or to a movie...this place would be good.    [27 Mar 2008 20:14:46]

Love The Garlic Cheese Pizza
I'm from the San Jose area of CA and for many years while visiting friends in the area, I usually drop by and get a garlic cheese pizza which is not something I have found in the area I live. I enjoy the salad bar buffet as well and eating there is an affordable way to thank/treat the friends that put me up in their house for a few days.
