Dont Waste Your Time or Money The hostess was rude. In our party there were 2 adults and 3 kids. We asked to sit in a booth and she looked disgusted that we wanted a booth. She asked another person if we were ok to sit in a booth and he told her if thats what we want then yes.
Then the waitress came over that was a joke. We told her that the kids just wanted water. When she came back to get our order she asked them specifically what they wanted to drink. They told her water. I ordered the fajitas, she told my husband and I to switch places so it was easier for her. We both said no and she still put his plate where I was sitting. We told her again we were not switching and thats when she put his plate down hard. There were 3 other booths that people were in and they all got their checks first, when we were the first ones in there. We were also done eating first. Then she told our kids they get ice cream and we had to tell her no it was to late.
Then when she brought our change to us she sat it on the edge of the table and walked away. So we left and didn't leave a tip. It was our first time in there and it will definitely be our last. [15 Apr 2007 20:50:03]

Time and Money A Big Waste We also had the same experience. The staff was outstandingly rude! We were a party of seven and the only table in the place. It took the waitress 35 minutes to come and take our order (that should have been our first inclination to just get up and walk out). She was busy busing tables while we were waiting. After she finally took our order about 15 minutes later another table of seven came in and sat right next to us. (We were all in the city for the same conference). I had to point out to our waitress what a problem it was that we had been there an hour before, and the latter party of seven was finishing their food, while ours still had not arrived. I asked her to make it right and she became defensive--I thought how dare you! I should be the one that's defensive.
In any case, the food was pretty good, but we spent 2 1/2 hours trying to get it. I asked for the manager and at no time did she apologize, offer a discount, gift card, desert, nothing. I am not sure who owns/manages it, but from my experience they behave like trust fund children who never really had to work at pleasing people and building a reputation. I am not sure how or why you are still in business. [11 May 2007 08:36:34]
